Customer Case Study:
Reward Gateway
How Geiger Green Live Sparked a
Sustainable Merchandise Transformation.
Challenge
After attending our Geiger Green Live event, the client left feeling inspired to rethink their
approach to branded merchandise. In their words, “We are very keen on changing our
merchandise supplier and be better with our choices… we love how some of your
items have a story behind them.” With their flagship event, The
Appreciation Academy at Magazine London fast approaching, they wanted our help to
create a sustainable goody bag for over 160 guests. Their brief was clear: create
something meaningful, sustainable, and practical, while avoiding excess waste.
Solution
Working closely with their marketing and events team, we curated a thoughtful selection
of items, including a notebook with a seeded cover that could be planted after use and
pens made from recycled ocean plastic. The final goody bag struck a perfect balance
between creativity and sustainability, reflecting their values while providing practical
items guests would genuinely use.
Result
The result was a resounding success. Guests embraced the seeded notebooks, using
them throughout the sessions to jot down ideas that could quite literally “blossom”
afterwards. The client was delighted too, sharing, “Thanks again for your help putting
together this goodie bag! It was a big success!” Not only did the project deliver a
standout experience on the day, but it also marked the client’s first step toward
transforming their branded merchandise strategy, a journey that began with the
inspiration they found at Geiger Green Live.
